• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Your access will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
• No partial-month refunds will be issued.

2. One-Time Analysis Purchases

• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:
• The analysis failed due to a technical error on our part
• The AI was unable to process the document and no usable results were delivered
